Paragon Building Group has won Gold for their property in the Johnston County Parade of Homes – beating out two other builders for the best home in category 7 (undecorated $350k-$400k).
The Triangle-based contractor has also won the Special Feature Award in category 7 for excellent custom brick work, which includes a front brick walkway, a brick inlaid mat in the foyer, a brick fireplace and a brick paver patio.
This year’s banquet was held Tuesday, April 12 at the Enoch Winery & Vineyard in Benson, NC. Hosted by the Johnston County Building Industry Association, the banquet, organized by category, honored the highest quality properties in the 2016 Johnston County Parade of Homes.
Paragon Building Group’s award-winning home is located in the Chatham neighborhood of Flowers Plantation, and will be open to the public for viewing on Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17 from 12 pm – 5 pm. Visitors will also have a chance to meet the builder, who will also be in attendance.
