Paragon Building Group has been selected for the Southern Living Custom Builder Program for 2016. The invitation-only program honors and markets for over 100 of the most elite custom builders in the south.
Builders endure a strict selection process which evaluates, among other things:
- Detailed craftsmanship
- Excellent customer service
- Financial stability
- Quality building materials
Once a member, there are numerous specific yearly requirements to help maintain the highest building standards possible. To remain eligible, members must:
- Maintain worker’s compensation insurance
- Show proof of state contractor’s license or proof of business
- Maintain general liability insurance, including personal injury, property damage, products and completed operations, all with a minimum limit of $1 million
- Use each sponsor product in at least one home per year
- Submit quarterly documentation form supplied by Southern Living for amount purchased of each sponsor product
- Pay annual membership fee
- Respond to calls from readers, suppliers and sales representatives
